Look good to feel good

Look good to feel good

Stained joggers and an old tee was the usual attire when I attended the gym. I showed little interest in my apparel. My aim was to go in, get my workout done and be out as soon as possible- train hard or train long. However after a workout, no matter how good my body looked, I still felt as if I wasn’t on my ‘A game’- something was missing.
Since I first tried MyWeigh’s clothing, it was the missing piece to the puzzle. Feeling great in the apparel made me train even better. Clothing looked great and fashionable. Plus the fit was perfect; it helped to enhance my aesthetic whilst being breathable. And this is why the apparel is great for everyday use, on the go. Whether on the track, in the ring, or even doing a weekly grocery shop, MyWeigh is suitable in a variety of environments.

To be good, we must first feel good- that’s what MyWeigh provides us with.

But since wearing MyWeigh’s clothing, it has given me a new insight into how important the way I feel can affect how hard I train. When geared up, my head is held high before I even step into the gym.
