Hi my name’s Gaz ! I’m a personal trainer that offers a professional service to cater to any clients fitness goals.
My background has always involved sports, from football, to cricket, to athletics, and I have been in the fitness industry for the last 10 years. For over four years, I have worked as a self-employed personal trainer, and more recently as a sports massage therapist. My personal preference when it comes to training styles is body building, but I enjoy trying a variety of other styles like calisthenics, Olympic lifting, and functional exercise.
When it comes to my clients, I understand that people train for all sorts of reasons. Whatever your motivations, I’m here to push you and make the most out of your time and body.
I offer a tailored personal and group training/coaching experience for whatever your goal: weight loss, muscle building, strength, general fitness, sport specific, or mobility.
I also offer personalized nutritional advice and plans for losing weight, gaining muscle or just performance boosting. My approach to changes in diet is gradually making adjustments to help clients ease into their new diet regime. These will change as your training progresses and your body develops to adapt to the change in your physique.
I’ll keep a track of your body composition i.e. weight, body fat, muscle mass and metabolic age.
Overall, I will help you build a strong foundation as well as specific goals, with a progressing intensity as you improve. I am also mindful of the fact that increasing your training will take a toll on your body, so I offer mobility techniques to increase the range of motion for your whole body, as well as sports massage therapy. Body building competition prep is also available.
